Escano Builders and Developers Inc. (EBDI) is a domestic corporation, established and formed by a diverse group of individuals with experience in different fields of construction, engineering and information technology.

In 2009 they first engaged in business as a sole proprietorship under the name NNE Industrial Sales (NNE). They ventured into trading of construction chemicals and industrial supply which later expanded into specialized waterproofing products and systems.  NNE was eventually accredited with SM Synergy Properties Holdings Inc.  and through the years, the expanding line up of services and products opened opportunities with other companies.  Aside from partnering with local contractors and architects, NNE was eventually accredited in 2010 under AES Corporation (formerly Masinloc Power Plant) as a civil works contractor. Later on, NNE was also accredited with Mondelez International (formerly Kraft Foods) for general building works.

Realizing the opportunity for growth and the desire to expand the business, the group formed the construction company, Escano Builders and Developers Inc. (EBDI), incorporated on October 2014. EBDI is equipped with experienced engineers, architects and the necessary resources to meet the high demands in the construction industry. From its beginnings, Escano Builders and Developers Inc. will always continue to uphold service excellence with integrity, quality and cost effective solutions for the customer.
